Referral Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Flowstate Mortgage Referral Program ("Program") rewards existing users for referring new customers to our CRM platform. By participating in this Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be a current Flowstate Mortgage user with an active account

• Be in good standing with no outstanding payment issues

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Not engage in spam or other prohibited marketing practices

3. Referral Rewards

Standard Referral Reward:

• $149 account credit for each successful referral

• Credits are applied to your Flowstate Mortgage account

• Credits can be used toward subscription fees and additional services

• Credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable

Bonus Rewards:

We may offer additional bonuses for exceptional referrers, including:

• Volume bonuses for multiple successful referrals

• Special recognition and community status

• Early access to new features

• Invitations to exclusive events

4. Qualifying Referrals

A referral qualifies for reward when the referred customer:

• Signs up for a Flowstate Mortgage account using your referral link

• Completes the onboarding process

• Makes their first payment for a paid subscription plan

• Remains an active paying customer for at least 30 days

• Has not previously been a Flowstate Mortgage customer

Same-Company Referrals:

Referrals from the same company are welcome and eligible for rewards, provided they represent separate decision-making units or departments.

5. Reward Processing

• Verification Period: 30 days after the referred customer's first payment

• Credit Application: Credits are applied within 5 business days after verification

• Notification: You'll receive email confirmation when credits are applied

• Tracking: View your referral status and credits in your account dashboard

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification:

• Spam or unsolicited mass emails

• False or misleading representations about Flowstate Mortgage

• Creating fake accounts or self-referrals

• Using paid advertising without prior written approval

• Trademark or copyright infringement

• Any illegal or unethical marketing practices

7. Referral Methods

Approved Methods:

• Personal recommendations to colleagues and industry contacts

• Sharing your unique referral link via email or messaging

• Social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter) with appropriate disclosure

• Industry networking events and conferences

• Professional blog posts or articles (with disclosure)

Disclosure Requirements:

When promoting Flowstate Mortgage, you must clearly disclose your relationship and any potential rewards you may receive.

8. Program Modifications

Flowstate Mortgage reserves the right to:

• Modify reward amounts or structure with 30 days' notice

• Suspend or terminate the Program at any time

• Change eligibility requirements

• Update these terms and conditions

Existing qualified referrals will be honored under the terms in effect when the referral was made.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have questions or disputes regarding referral rewards:

• Provide relevant documentation and referral details

• We will investigate and respond within 10 business days

• Our decision on referral qualification is final

10. Tax Implications

Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. You are responsible for:

• Reporting rewards as income if required by law

• Consulting with a tax professional if needed

We may issue tax forms (such as 1099s) for rewards exceeding applicable thresholds.

11. Privacy and Data

Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. We may use referral data to:

• Track and process referral rewards

• Improve the Program

• Communicate about Program updates

• Recognize top referrers (with your consent)

12. Termination

We may terminate your participation in the Program if you:

• Violate these terms

• Engage in prohibited activities

• Close your Flowstate Mortgage account

• Fail to maintain good standing

Upon termination, pending rewards may be forfeited, and existing credits remain subject to our standard terms.
